Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Specialist
Received her DMD and PhD degrees from the Faculty of Medicine, Hebrew University, Jerusalem/Israel. She is an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon, and was the senior lecturer in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Maurice and Gabriela Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine, Tel Aviv University until 2008.
Dr. Schwartz-Arad’s research focuses on immediate dental implantation, bone augmentation procedures for dental implants, the influence of smoking on the success of dental implants, and the impact of anxiety on the recovery process of patients.
Dr. Schwartz-Arad is a member of the Specialty Examination Board for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, nominated by the Israel Dental Association Scientific Council, Israel.
She is the author & the co-author of invited reviews. Europe and the United-States.
She has been awarded several academic and professional awards, including by the Israeli Academy of Sciences and the Israel Cancer Association.
Dr. Schwartz-Arad is the author and editor of the book “Ridge preservation & immediate implantation” published by Quintessence in 2012.

This unique book a collaboration between 17 internationally renowned women dentist has resulted in an inspirational textbook on esthetics in modern dentistry. Illustrated with over 800 figures, this book, published by Quintessence International Berlin present a thorough overview of various aspects of esthetics, including orthodontics and orthognathic, implantation, restoration, rehabilitation, materials, trauma, and surgery.
Dr. Schwartz-Arad is the owner and senior surgeon of Schwartz-Arad Surgical Center.
She is an active member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Waseem Abboud is a senior surgeon and head of TMJ unit at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Sheba Tel-Hashomer Medical Center. In addition, he is the director of masticatory disorders at the Institute of Movement Disorders (Department of Neurology) at the same medical center.
Dr. Abboud graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem Israel (Hadassah) in 2006 and finished the residency program at the Sheba Medical Center in 2014.
His primary fields of expertise include disorders if the temporomandibular joints and masticatory muscles, asymmetry of the face and deviation of the jaws, facial pain and headaches, and movement disorders of the orofacial and cervical areas.
Academically, Dr. Abboud is very active. He is a lecturer at the faculty of dental medicine in Tel-Aviv University. In addition, he participated in numerous international conferences, attended several departments worldwide through fellowship programs, and has published over 20 international medical publications.

A graduate of Tel-Aviv university (1998) Founder of the oral rehabilitation unit at the department of maxillofacial surgery Belinson Hospital, a Diplomate of the international congress of implantology, an affiliate member at the European academy of esthetic dentistry, an active member and magazine editor of the Israeli society of prosthodontics.
Dr. Asafrana is an opinion leader in the field of Digital dentistry including esthetic and implant supported prosthodontics, and an international lecturer in his field.
As an Oral Rehabilitation Specialist I believe in meticulous planning and delivery of each case, in the aim of reaching the most esthetic and durable solution for the specific patient. Dr. Shoher graduated her Dental studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Graduated her specialty in Prosthodontics and MSc from Tufts University, Boston, USA. Her master thesis was in the field of Esthetics.
Dr Shoher is the first Dentist in Israel to become American Board Certified in Prosthodontics, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.
As a third generation dentist in Israel, she is proud to be part of the legacy.
Teaching at the dental school in the Tel Aviv University, member of member of The Israeli Society of Prosthodontics, The American College of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Maayan Granit Specializes in root canal treatments, Dr. Maayan Granit completed her dental studies in 2008 at Hadassah Ein Karem, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
In 2013 she completed her internship at Endodontia at Hadassah Ein Karem and has since been working as a staff member for the Endodontia department.
Dr. Maayan is a member of the Israel Association of Endodontrics as well as the Dental Association.
Dr. Granit performs treatments using a microscope that includes root canal treatments, renewal of root canal treatments and endodontics.
She currently works at the Schwartz-Arad Surgical Center.
